How is this different from the Pro Pack?

Does this make us CPS 230 compliant?

What was the 1 July 2026 date?

CPS 230 commenced on 1 July 2025. Pre-existing contractual arrangements with material service providers were required to comply by the earlier of their next renewal or 1 July 2026, when the remaining transition relief ended. That date has now passed: the standard applies in full, and AI and cloud arrangements signed before commencement are squarely in scope.
